OpenVG™ is designed as a semi-low-level mapping of the pipeline that can be seen in a piece of vector graphics hardware. The API provides features to cover a wide range of both image and vector path based functionality. Most things in the realm of vector graphics (namely Adobe Flash or SVG content) can be rendered with OpenVG. Some of the feature high points are path definition, stroking, transformations, masking, clipping, and paint generation.
