TAIYO YUDEN AEC-Q200 Grade 1 MLCC Line Extension | Datasheet Preview

The Taiyo Yuden AEC-Q200 Grade 1 multilayer ceramic capacitors line extensions offer long lifetimes and low failure rates and are designed for use in harsh environments. Manufactured with TAIYO YUDEN’s raw materials and micro-fabrication technology, the Nickel and Copper external electrodes and plating structure contribute to excellent soldering heat resistance. The line offers a voltage rating of 100 volts, capacitance values from 1 to 4.7 microfarads, and a temperature rating from -55 to 125 degrees celsius. These devices come in three package sizes including 0805, 1206, 1210. These medium-high voltage MLCCs are ideal for harsh environments in automotive powertrain and safety applications, high-reliability servers, industrial dc-to-dc converters, as well as bypass, decoupling and smoothing applications.
