Keystone Surface-Mount Threaded Standoffs | DigiKey Daily
Keystone Electronics introduces SMT threaded standoffs ideal for automated installations and fast assembly. As a surface-mount product, these standoffs can be added to the board using the same SMT equipment used to populate the board, reducing scrap and handling time while minimizing damage to a PCB that may occur using traditional mounting products. SMT standoffs are supplied on tape and reel with Kapton tape added to the top surface. This allows for the standoff to be placed on the circuit board using standard, vacuum, pick-and-place equipment. These standoffs are available in #2-56, #4-40, and #6-32 threads with lengths available from 1/16” up to 3/8”.
