Semtech SX1261 and SX1262 LoRa® Transceivers | DigiKey Daily

Semtech’s SX1261 and SX1262 are sub-gigahertz radio transceivers that support LoRa modulation for LPWAN and GFSK modulation. These transceivers are highly configurable to meet different applications utilizing the global LoRaWAN standard and comply with the physical layer requirements of the LoRaWAN specification released by the LoRa Alliance. The devices are designed for long-range wireless applications and support long battery life. The SX1261 can transmit up to 15 dBm while the SX1262 can transmit up to 22 dBm with highly efficient integrated power amplifiers. Continuous frequency coverage from 150 megahertz to 960 megahertz allows the support of all major sub-gigahertz ISM bands around the world. Applications include asset tracking, smart meter, supply chain and logistics, building automation, smart cities, and many more.
