Ces dispositifs atteignent une très faible tension directe de 1,2 V (typ.), soit 17 % de moins que les 1,45 V (typ.) de la génération précédente. Ils améliorent également les compromis entre la tension directe et la charge capacitive totale, et entre la tension directe et le courant inverse, ce qui réduit la dissipation de puissance et améliore le rendement des équipements. Les produits sont logés en boîtier TO-220-2L et cinq sont en boîtier DFN8x8.

  • Faible courant inverse : IR = 1,1 µA (typique) pour le TRS6E65H (VR = 650 V)
  • Faible charge capacitive totale : QC = 17 nC (typ.) pour le TRS6E65H (VR = 400 V, f = 1 MHz)
