Custom CoreHC™ interconnect solutions use innovative approach to probe high frequency signals as close to device under test as possible. By using circular ring or rectangular lead frames for RF cables, the channel-to-channel pitch is minimized, while keeping the trace length from IC pins to coaxial cable the minimum. With this approach the high frequency signals are analyzed and/or interconnected with minimum losses.
