The MPLC series with the round wire coil is designed for low current applications. Note the lower ripple current rating of up to 15A, as compared to the MPC series 30A. However, the MPLC offers inductance up to 4.7µH, as compared to 1µH for the MPC device. Like the MPC, there are two sub series: MPLCG offers low loss or higher efficiency at lower current, while MPLCH allows for higher current.
