The SFC5500 mass flow controllers feature an excellent accuracy and repeatability of respectively 0.8 and 0.1 percent measured value. They have a very wide control range down to 1/1000th of the full scale flow and a fast settling time below 100 milliseconds. They come fitted with Legris connectors, but these can be easily exchanged by the user. The G ¼″ flange is compatible with a broad range of connectors such as Swagelok, Legris, and Festo. Each SFC5500 is calibrated for multiple gases. They have a digital interface with temperature-compensated output. The SFC5500 is characterized by outstanding reliability and mean lifetime of 169 years, and finally, the zero-drift performance means that the SFC5500 never has to be recalibrated in the field.
