The M0-7 family right now only consists of the VNH7013. This is actually just four MOSFETs in a single package. There is a dual high-side in the yellow island, and two low-side MOSFETs in the blue islands. There is no charge pump, just gates and MOSFETs. This part is essentially 13mOhms/leg and can handle about 40A (It is not current limited). It has a 72V breakdown voltage. Being that they are essentially just MOSFETs there is no operating voltage other than the Gate breakdown and the drain-source breakdown voltages. There is no active protection for these switches. Inside the high-side drivers is a string of four diodes. They provide a -8mV/°C thermal coefficient thermal sensor capability. In any other form of protection, current limiting or drain-source voltage monitoring would have to come from another circuit. There are all kinds of other things designers can do with this device, as long as they have a controller to do it. The gates take a full 10V to fully enhance the MOSFET channels. In other words, to turn on the high side MOSFETs requires their gate voltages to be 10V above the supply.
