Each are composed of 12 strands of fiber in a single assembly featuring minimized end connectors for multiple connections while occupying little space. These cables are rated to 40 Gbps and are used to connect equipment that utilizes MPO style connectors and OM3 10 Gigabit 50/125 multimode cabling. MPO fiber assemblies are often used for QSFP Transceivers, server farms, data centers, and other IoT applications.
