STMicroelectronics' N-channel MDmesh M6 power MOSFET series helps reduce switching losses

STMicroelectronics builds on the previous generation of MDmesh devices through its M6 technology, which combines excellent RDS(ON) per area improvement with one of the most effective switching behaviors available, as well as a user-friendly product status link experience for maximum end-application efficiency. The 600 V, 85 mΩ (typ.), 30 A MOSFET is available in TO-247 package (STW36N60M6) or TO-220 package (STP36N60M6).
