Rose's aluminum enclosures are specifically designed for rugged electronic instrumentation applications. A standard configuration watertight aluminum enclosure includes a powder coat painted die-cast base and lid, captive stainless steel lid screws, and a permanently installed polyurethane gasket or removable neoprene gasket. Integrated mounting holes allow for the installation of PC boards, terminal blocks, or DIN rail. The Rose tongue and groove gasket design has been widely adopted in the industry and has become the industry standard allowing ingress protection to IP66.
