Milling work is done in a modern CNC processing center that enables difficult machining work to tight tolerances. Holes can be drilled and tapped through all housings in tolerances to 0.002 of an inch. Tapping can be provided using NPT, Metric, or PG taps, threading holes in project specifications. Storing the program for each job ensures that future orders can be repeated with the same accuracy and quality. As stated previously, enclosure housings can be painted to customer requirements in smooth or textured finishes, using Federal Standard 595A colors, RAL colors, or other specific colors. Surface chemical treatments such as iridited, chromate, or anodizing can be provided for greater chemical resistance to corrosion in aluminum housings giving lasting protection from corrosive attacks. Further customization can be accomplished by pad printing or silk screening labels, logos, or artwork on a user’s enclosure or machined controlled engraving. Complete system customization is available for installation accessories such as cable grips, conduit hubs, terminal blocks, DIN Rail assemblies, wiring, hinges, optional gaskets, and customer components into the housings.
