In summary, in addition to their electrical features, VCAS devices are PCN (Process Change Notice) controlled. PCN control provides customers advance notification of a process change.  Auto series MLVs offer: high energy and current handling capability, low leakage current, bi-directional ESD protection in the on-state, EMI/RFI attenuation in the off-state and sub 1nS response time. Additionally, the Auto series MLVs are qualified to AEC-Q200, and are load dump and jump start capable. Finally, this series of MLVs meets IEC 61000-4-2 ESD requirements.
