The final step displays a list of parts in a tree view on the left side of the screen and the characteristics of the parts on the right side of the screen. In this section, you can select one or multiple items and the main electrical characteristics will be displayed. The example above displays characteristics for TDK’s ceramic capacitor products. For this specific group of product, users can obtain data such as DC-Bias, Capacitance, Impedance, and ESR versus Frequency, along with Temperature Characteristic data. Users can zoom in to adjust the X and Y axis and export the graphical data as well. Finally, CCV also features the ability to print or save the data for reference.
