PHP Chip Resistors Slide 10

The Vishay PHP series of high power thin film chip resistors provides ±25 ppm/ºC TCR and tolerance down to ±0.1%. PHP resistors are available in 1206 and 2512 case sizes with power ratings of 1 W and 2.5 W respectively. This series is highly stable and demonstrates a shift of only 0.1% when tested for two thousand hours at 70ºC. PHP is suitable for signal integrity applications requiring higher power levels in telecommunications, military, aerospace and medical industries.
