Verien Design Group provides complex FPGA and board-level design services with direct experience in the following areas: gigabit communications, DSP in FPGA technology, digital audio, image processing, motion control systems, and embedded systems. Additionally, Verien has the ability to provide precision mixed signal board-level design. Verien has experience with all Xilinx FPGA families commencing with the XC3000 family. DSP experience includes the use of Matlab/Simulink, or conversion from C into HDL. Example projects include ultrasound, CAT scan, and image processing, frame grabbers, CCD, CMOS and infrared cameras, gigabit custom communications links, digital audio (AES/EBU, MADI), motion control (servo) systems, and embedded systems using PowerPC, ARM, and Microblaze.
