Featuring full 360° shielding, a one-touch auto-lock, and a compact 0.5 mm pitch, these connectors deliver uncompromising signal integrity and mechanical reliability in space-constrained device stacks. With a maximum mated height of 2.20 mm, these connectors can support data rates beyond 10 Gbps. EVAFLEX 5-HD connectors are ideal for applications with intense bandwidths where EMI control, shielding, and connector robustness are essential. These connectors utilize I-PEX ZenShield® multi-point ground coupling to mitigate leakage and crosstalk. The auto-locking design is operator-friendly and suitable for both robotic and hand assembly, ensuring easy mating and consistent retention that helps prevent disengagement, even in ruggedized environments.
