Abbildung: Wi-Fi-PICtail™-/PICtail-Plus-Tochterkarte RN1810 von MicrochipBasierend auf dem energiesparenden IEEE-802.11b/g/n-WiFi-Modul von Microchip ermöglicht die PICtail- / PICtail-Plus-Tochterkarte RN1810 Kunden die einfache Entwicklung von Wi-Fi-Anwendungen mithilfe der 8-Bit-, 16-Bit- und 32-Bit-PIC®-Mikrocontroller von Microchip. Das Kit enthält einen voll integrierten TCP/IP-Stack und ermöglicht somit eine einfache Seriell-zu-Wi-Fi-Verbindung mit dem Mikrocontroller. Die Karte verfügt über eine USB-Schnittstelle für die einfache Plug-and-Play-Entwicklung mit einem PC. Die Karte ist auch mit der Explorer-16-Entwicklungsplatine (DM240001), der PICDEM.net2-Entwicklungsplatine (DM163024) und dem PIC32-Starter-Kit (DM320001) mit E/A-Erweiterungskarte (DM320002) kompatibel.
