Texas Instruments’ THVD1454 is a half-duplex RS-485 transceiver available in a 10-VSON (DRC) package. This board features a selectable data rate and switchable integrated termination resistors. The board comes prepared for immediate operation, already equipped with a pre-installed THVD1454. Additionally, it includes two 10-µF and two 47-µF decoupling capacitors pre-installed on VCC to GROUND and GROUND to EARTH connections. It also offers a resistor pad option for establishing a resistive link between GROUND and EARTH connections. The device's operational range spans from -40°C to 125°C in ambient temperatures.
