The low power DC/DC converters greater than 2W featured on this slide are also single and dual output unregulated DC/DC converters and have varying DC isolations. The PWR70C and HB04UC series are also differentiated by higher DC isolation ratings ideal for many industrial and medical applications. As mentioned previously, many industrial applications require isolation ratings in excess of 1kV, and medical applications require isolation voltages as high as 5kV to comply with safety regulations. Also noted in the table are some models that offer dual bipolar output voltages of + and – that are capable of “output load sharing” or “unbalanced loading” as also described in a previous slide. In addition, the LP02U product is an application-specific product, designed to provide 9V at precisely 2.25W to power LAN transceivers. As well, the NMT is a triple output converter that is also designed to provide -24, -48, and -72V for use in telecom applications.
