1041 AD
The TJA1041 can be operated in five modes, each with specific features. Control pins STB and EN select the operating mode. Normal mode is used for standard bidirectional communication. In PwOn/Listen-only mode the transmitter is disabled, and the transceiver is placed in a listen-only mode. Standby mode is a first-level power saving mode designed to reduce current consumption. In Standby mode the transceiver is unable to transmit or receive data with only the low-power receiver activated to monitor bus activity. The Go-to-Sleep command is the controlled route for entering Sleep mode, which makes the transceiver behave as if in Standby mode.
