The closest functional charge pump IC to the LTC3265 in Linear’s portfolio is the LTC3260, which is also a dual-output device, but its non-boost architecture allows for only step-down and inverting conversion. The LTC3265’s additional boost doubler charge pump allows for step-up conversion. The LT3471 is a dual output device including a boost and inverter but it’s inductor-based; consider that option for providing the positive/negative rails from a single positive input if the customer is not inductor-phobic and is not board space limited.
