Cross-talk Compensation is used to compensate for the effect of cover glass material on the VL6180X distance measurement. Early Convergence Estimate is a feature for power savings, when there is no target in front of VL6180X, after 0.5 mS, the test is aborted to save power. SNR Limit Threshold is for high ambient lighting conditions, range measurements can be impaired by these conditions. The signal-to-noise ratio is calculated to prevent an inaccurate measurement. The ignore threshold parameter can be used to ignore photons reflected off the cover glass when there is no target.
