The above graph shows the ranging performance of the VL6180X device, the y-axis shows the measured distance from the device and the x-axis shows the actual distance. The data shows a linear curve. There are four curves being plotted - a reflectance of 3 %, which is a flat black, a reflectance of 5 %, which is close to black, a reflectance of 17 %, which is medium gray, and then a reflectance of 88 % which is similar to a white piece of paper in reflectance. The graph shows that the travel time is not affected by the target reflectance.
