The key features of the 3 W and 6 W MGJ series begin with the triple outputs that provide configuration to +15 V and -5 V, +20 V and -5 V, and +15 V and -10 V.  These three configurations provide suitable drive for the greatest proportion of available IGBT, SiC, and MOSFET devices. Next, three input voltages of 5 V, 12 V, and 24 V are available providing the flexibility to accommodate the most commonly available voltages in typical applications. The 5.2 kV isolation test voltage and rated operation to 1500 V with reinforced insulation supports applications with high operating voltages. Designed for compliance with the widely referenced UL60950 safety standard for information technology equipment, as well as the UL60601-1 standard for medical equipment, certification is currently pending. The low barrier capacitance minimizes coupling of transients across the isolation boundary and circulating current from the high frequency.
