CPEA Series Super-High-Current Power Inductor for High-Frequency Applications

CODACA's CPEA super-high-current inductor has excellent low-loss characteristics which can maintain stable electrical performance in high-temperature environments under the 500 kHz applications based on the magnetic powder core technology. The inductors are designed with flat wire. They feature high utilization of winding space and deliver low DC resistance and low temperature rise characteristics with a DCR of only 0.36 mΩ and a temperature rise current of up to 114 A. This allows the inductors to work stably in high-current working environments.

With the same size and permeability, the magnetic core of the CPEA series has a smaller magnetostriction coefficient which does not generate noise easily, making them suitable for various DC/DC converters and filter circuit designs. The CPEA series through-hole high-current power inductor has excellent soft saturation characteristics and the DC bias characteristic is less affected by temperature, which can effectively suppress the instantaneous high peak current. The compact shielding structure design with excellent anti-interference ability results in high-density installation to save PCB space, reduce end product size, and improve overall power density.
