Vishay Vitramon’s OMD MLCCs are offered in NPO and X7R ceramics in the case sizes ranging from 0805 to 2225. Capacitance values up to 1.8 micro farads and voltage ratings as high as 3000 V are available. It is key to note that the OMD device is designated by 4X in the last two characters in the part number. Also, choosing the polymer termination is done with the B designator for the termination in the part number. Data sheets for these products are available on the Vishay website and are updated as new products are added.
