Image of Nidec Components ' PS60 Series Pressure Switch with GaugeNidec Components' PS60 series is suitable for use in clean rooms with easy-to-use push-keys, and are applicable for negative-through-positive pressure with a slim 10 mm thick housing. This vacuum-through-positive pressure range makes the PS60 ideal for application in semiconductor manufacturing equipment, pneumatic equipment, analyzers, and medical devices. With the PS60, a plug-in connector is provided for easy installation, and the compact housing offers space saving convenience. A non-display-mode conserves energy while data is protected by a panel-lock system. The PS60 can be mounted on DIN rails as shown in the image.
