I termistori a montaggio superficiale incapsulati in vetro MiniMELF di Littelfuse sono prodotti utilizzando chip NTC ultrastabili che sono sigillati ermeticamente in un contenitore in vetro, pertanto si tratta di dispositivi che vantano affidabilità e stabilità a lungo termine eccellenti anche se esposti a condizioni ambientali o termiche gravose. Le dimensioni uniformi rendono questi dispositivi ideali anche per l'uso con apparecchiature di inserimento automatico.
