Basati sul core Arm Cortex-M23, questi MCU integrano più moduli SERCOM per USART, SPI e I2C, oltre al supporto di rilevamento tattile capacitivo e analogico avanzato per progetti di interfaccia uomo-macchina (HMI).

La serie GC pone l'accento sulla configurazione prevedibile delle periferiche e sulla programmazione Flash sicura. Consentendo registri protetti, flag di sincronizzazione e operazioni NVM strutturate, aiuta a prevenire gli errori di runtime e a garantire aggiornamenti affidabili del firmware. Ciò rende il dispositivo PIC32CM GC ideale per le applicazioni che richiedono un comportamento deterministico e aggiornamenti robusti sul campo.
