Questa serie offre tensioni di funzionamento fino a 3 kV nel formato 2512, 2 kV nel formato 2010, 500 V nel formato 1206 e 400 V nel formato 0805 per sostituire le catene di resistori standard. Con un ampio intervallo di resistenza da 100 KΩ a 100 MΩ, la serie RCV è disponibile con tolleranze dell'1% e del 5% abbinate a TCR di 100 ppm/°C e 200 ppm/°C, offrendo un basso coefficiente di tensione della resistività (VCR) di 25 ppm/V. Per questa serie di resistori ad alta tensione sono state introdotte le dimensioni dell'involucro 2010 e 2512, che offrono il riconoscimento UL 1676 secondo il fascicolo UL n. E526561 e sono conformi allo standard di sicurezza IEC 62368-1 3a ed.. L'intervallo di resistenza esteso arriva fino a 100 MΩ. La serie RCV può gestire tensioni ESD fino a 25 kV.
