Gap Pad EMI 1.0 is a multi-function design solution. First, it is a thermally conductive pad. Second, it absorbs electromagnetic energy. This is a silicon based pad, it is not electrically conductive, and it is highly conformable (similar to a typical thermally conductive Gap Pad).
