TDK SPM-LR Inductors | DigiKey Daily

TDK introduces the SPM-LR series inductors, designed specifically for use in power circuits. These commercial inductors are magnetically shielded and wire-wound to deal with the larger current expected yet maintain a low profile for height restricted applications. Featuring a lower RDC and greater compactness than ferrite wound inductors, the SPM-LR work well in high temperature environments while maintaining good DC superimposition characteristics. Utilizing a metallic magnetic materia and an integrated molded coil, inductor hum noise is significantly lower than with core adhesive coils. These inductors are ideal for tablets, laptops, small form factor power supplies, hard drives, and more
