The RIIoT™ gateway dongle is typically a device used to make a RIIoT enabled gateway. A key benefit for the gateway dongle is that it is fully certified, so it is ready to be installed as-is in the RIIoT network. It connects the RIIoT network to a gateway via USB. The dongle is available as a complete boxed product from Radiocrafts (see the photo on the lower right). The physical size is 76.2 x 76.2 x 25.4 mm (excluding the SMA connector). The gateway dongle contains the GPR module and a local bus that connects to USB. The Radiocrafts gateway dongle gets power via a USB connector.
