This document provides details of the vacuum cleaner evaluation board, including jumper settings, load connections, and device and software features. In terms of both hardware and software, the tool is ready for use in the development of universal motor driving based on phase angle control.

The X-NUCLEO-IHM07M1 is a three-phase brushless DC motor driver expansion board based on the L6230 for STM32 Nucleo. It provides an affordable and easy-to-use solution for driving three-phase brushless DC motor in your STM32 Nucleo project.

The FRDM-MC-LVPMSM shield board implements a 3-phase Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) interface platform that adds Field Oriented Control (FOC) motor control capabilities, such as rotational or linear motion, to your design applications.

The TIDA-00774 is a 1-kW power stage for a three-phase brushless DC (BLDC) motor in power tools operating from a 5-cell Li-ion battery with a voltage up to 21 V. The design is a 65-mm×60-mm compact drive, implementing sensor-based trapezoidal control. The design takes advantage of TI's MOSFET PowerBlock technology, which integrates two FETs in half-bridge configuration into a single SON 5×6 package, enabling very high power density.

The DRV8871EVM is a complete solution for evaluating the DRV8871 brushed motor driver. It includes avoltage regulator to create 5 V, and a TLC555 timer configured to supply a PWM input to the DRV8871. The EVM also includes a potentiometer to adjust the speed of the motor by varying the duty cycle of the PWM and a second potentiometer to set the chopping current value. Jumpers are provided to configureeach input to a logic low, logic high, PWM, or to allow user control of the inputs.

The DRV8704 customer EVM is a platform built around the DRV8704, a dual H-bridge brushed DC motor driver with highly-configurable power stage. This device is optimized to drive two different brushed DC motors with variable current limiting and an internal 5-V LDO for powering peripheral devices.

The RDK-853 evaluation board is a 300 W, 97% efficient, three-phase inverter for high-voltage brushless DC (BLDC) motor application using three BridgeSwitch BRD1265C devices. The design shows the device performance, internal level monitoring, system level monitoring, and fault protection facilitated by the high level of integration of the BridgeSwitch halfbridge motor driver IC.

The EPC9167 is provided in two configurations. The standard configuration (EPC9167) uses single FET’s for each switch position and the high current configuration (EPC9167HC) uses two paralleled FET’s per switch position and can deliver up to 42 Apk (30 ARMS) maximum output current. The board can also be configured for multi-phase DC–DC conversion and the EPC2065 supports PWM switching frequencies up to 250 kHz in motor drive applications and 500 kHz in DC-DC applications.

The EV6543A-L-01A is an evaluation board for the MP6543AGL, a three-phase, brushless DC motor driver. The EV6543A-L-01A operates from a maximum 12V supply voltage. It integrates three half-bridges consisting of six N-channel power MOSFETs. The rotor position information is provided by the Hall sensors assembled in the motor. The driving control signals are generated by an external controller, such as an MCU or FPGA.

The EV6540H-U-00A is an evaluation board for the MP6540HGU, a three-phase BLDC motor driver. It operates from a supply voltage of up to 50V. It integrates three half-bridges consisting of 6 N-channel Power MOSFETs. The rotor position information is provided by the Hall sensors assembled in the motor and the driving control signals are generated by the external controller, such as MCU, FPGA, etc.
