NXP5P1000

The NX5P1000 is a member of the Advanced load switch family. This device was designed for single direction USB charging port protection but it can also be used for other applications requiring 5.5 V operation at up to 2 amps and overvoltage protection to 30 volts. The NX5P2090 device has similar operation but removes the onboard USB data ESD protection for a smaller package and increase current capacity of 2 amps.
