This chart shows the lineup of simple drivers. Some are best-suited for IGBT applications, and others best-suited for driving Silicon Carbide (SiC) MOSFETs. These are differentiated by the undervoltage lockout (UVLO) value. For driving IGBTs and some Silicon MOSFETs, choose a UVLO under 10 V. For other MOSFET applications, 14.5 V is a better choice. For SiC applications, the BM61S40RFV-CE2 is a good choice since it has a window including a UVLO and overvoltage protection (OVP) limitation.
