ROHM’s 3-phase BLDC motor drivers have various features such as the ability to drive external FETs (i.e. pre-driver type), constant current driving which eliminates the need for external current limiting resistors between the driver and the external FET, and short brake function that reduces the time during switching between different rotation directions.
