They offer excellent transient energy absorption due to improved energy volume distribution and power dissipation. The BVRA series is available with working voltages from 5.5 V to 85 VDC in 0402, 0603, 0805, and 1206 SMD packages. These varistors are typically applied to protect integrated circuits and other components at the circuit board level.
