The BD9B305QUZ is a buck DC/DC with a built-in integrated power FET. It is targeted as a second-stage conversion that converts from 2.5 V to 5.5 V input voltage down to as low as 0.6 V output voltage and 3 A output current to power the latest system-on-chip deep sub-micron processes. It features constant on-time topology resulting in good transient response, as well as low quiescent current of only 15 µA and comes in a tiny 2 mm x 2 mm flip-chip package, making it a good choice for any design. This product is ideal for the conversion of voltages for point of load applications to power high-speed digital chips.
