The MPC8533E processor targets up to 1.0GHz core operation with a 64-bit DDR/DDR2 controller scaling up to 533 MHz data rate with 256 KB of L2 cache. The 32-bit PCI supports combinations of dual x4 and single x1 PCI Express, local bus I/O interfaces and two Gigabit Ethernet interfaces. This device is commercial grade and is available in standard temperature only. The MPC8533 and the MPC8544 are pin compatible.
