This is an example of a data sheet for a precision, 16–bit quad DAC. This data sheet contains extensive DC specifications showing linearity specifications of +/-1LSB for both DNL and INL. The datasheet also contains information on the AC performance of the part for multiplying applications. Data sheets generally also contain the application information needed to ensure the device will perform to its rated specifications in the end-system.
